Shipping Questions
Where can I have Dancing Dough cookies shipped?
We ship fresh cookies anywhere in the Continental U.S., straight from our bakery to your doorstep. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
How are the cookies delivered?
To ensure every order arrives as fresh as possible, we bake throughout the weekend and ship on Mondays.
Orders placed by Thursday at 4:00 PM EST will be included in the upcoming Monday shipment. Orders placed after Thursday at 4:00 PM EST will be included in the following Monday shipment.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your cookies on their journey to your doorstep!
What if there’s an issue with my shipment?
Once your order leaves our bakery, it’s in the delivery’s care. While we can’t control transit, we do care deeply about your experience. If something goes wrong, email us at dancingdough1@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What makes Dancing Dough Cookies so special?

Every cookie is baked fresh in small batches using simple, high-quality ingredients. No artificial additives, no shortcuts, just real ingredients and real care. From classic flavors to seasonal creations, every batch is made to bring joy whether you’re gifting, celebrating, or just treating yourself.
Are Dancing Dough Cookies made fresh to order?
Yes. Nothing is pre-baked or frozen. Each order is baked fresh and shipped soon after so you get cookies at their softest and most flavorful.
How long do the cookies last?
They’re best enjoyed fresh, and honestly, most don’t last long.
Room temperature: up to 7 days after delivery (about 10 days total including shipping time)
Refrigerator: up to 2 weeks
Can I reheat the cookies?
Absolutely! Warm them in the microwave for 5–8 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven feel. Heat times may vary slightly by flavor, so go slowly.
Can I refrigerate or freeze the cookies?
Refrigerate: Up to 2 weeks (texture may become slightly firmer)
Freeze: Store in an airtight container, then thaw at room temperature for 4–6 hours before enjoying
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is carefully packed and individually sealed to preserve freshness and protect them during shipping.
What are the size of Dancing Dough’s cookies?
Our large cookies are about 3.3 oz each: soft, rich, and generously sized for sharing (or not sharing at all).
Do we offer subscription boxes?
Not yet, but it’s something we’re working on. Reach out if you’d like to be notified when it launches.

Can I customize an order?
Not at the moment. However, our rotating assortments are thoughtfully curated so every box feels special and unique.
Can I order cookies as a gift?
Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and mark it as a gift. We’ll handle the packaging so it arrives ready to impress.
Are our cookies made in a facility that handles nuts or dairy?
Yes. Our kitchen handles major allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We are not an allergen-free facility.
Do we offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Not yet, but we’re actively exploring new recipes. Stay tuned!
Do we accept returns or exchanges?
Because our cookies are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But your happiness matters! If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at dancingdough1@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
