By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering

All cookies are baked fresh in small batches. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel an order if needed.

2. Allergens & Dietary Info

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles major allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We are not an allergen-free facility. Please review ingredient details carefully before placing an order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. While we carefully package each order, Dancing Dough is not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during transit.

To ensure every order arrives as fresh as possible, we bake throughout the weekend and ship on Mondays.

Orders placed by Thursday at 4:00 PM EST will be included in the upcoming Monday shipment. Orders placed after Thursday at 4:00 PM EST will be included in the following Monday shipment.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your cookies on their journey to your doorstep!

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our cookies are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your experience matters to us—if something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at dancingdough1@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

All content on this website, including images, recipes, text, and branding, belongs to Dancing Dough. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
